If you have not read my first post on waking up as early as 5 A.M and how it has positively turned my life around, I suggest that you read through that first. 

I have a lot of positive reviews of how this has been the game-changer for many people. It is very exciting how much small changes to your lifestyle can totally transform your mornings and your entire day as a whole. 

I am very excited that more and more people can see how much of impact rising up early has on their lives. 

While on YouTube recently, I came across Ellie June’s mindful morning routine and what she does from when she wakes up at 5 AM onward.
