1. Wake up early

If you can succeed in doing this every day, you are many steps ahead of making your life a success. Waking up early helps you jumpstart your day on a high note.

2. Meditate

Stay still with a heart of gratefulness. There is no need to rush because there is going to be plenty of time during the day to be on the fast lane. This is why waking up early will give you enough time to stay still and meditate.

If you are a Christian, this is the time to meditate on the word of God, connect with God and have a blissful quiet time. You are able to receive directions and instructions for the day. When you are energized from the inside, the day is easy to walk through.

3. Take a glass of water

This does many things. Taking a glass of water within an hour of waking up jumpstarts your metabolism. This, in turn, is instrumental to excellent health and weight stability.

A lot of people say that this is difficult because water makes them feel uncomfortable if they haven’t had anything at all. You can add a few drops of lime or lemon to give it some taste. All you have to do is squeeze in lemon water into a bottle from which you can pour drops into your water every day.

5. Make your bed

Making your bed is an act of discipline and responsibility. You have achieved the first task of the day! Make this a constant to-do every day until you can’t help but make your bed. This is you teaching you how to be devoted to seld care and house care.

6. Don’t look at your emails just yet

Until you accomplish the very important and necessary tasks for the earliest of your day, don’t pick up your phone. This can mess up with the entirety of your day if you happen to receive a lot of emails and chats.
