Hello, weight loss enthusiasts. Many people ask if they can lose weight by just walking, I would say yes. This doesn’t mean excessive junking and calorie intake. It just means that you can cut down on some of your calories by just walking longer and/or faster- that’s increasing your pace.
I was watching Sisiyemmie’s weight loss journey by just walking and using a pedometer to measure how many steps she took per day. NO GYM. Just mindful eating and regular walking.
