Lose weight by just walking (no gym, no diet)
I was watching Sisiyemmie’s weight loss journey by just walking and using a pedometer to measure how many steps she took per day. NO GYM. Just mindful eating and regular walking.
I then stumbled on this video on YouTube, watch it :
