Hey! It’s high time we looked for ways to relax on a weekend. So here are quick tips for you on How to Relax and Recharge This weekend.

1️⃣ Take a power nap when you can, this will help you feel refreshed

4️⃣ Go for a run if a run is more your style. This is good for your heart, your head and tour overall health.

5️⃣ Eat lighter foods today, this will make you feel better and more refreshed

6️⃣ Put your worries away, write down whatever you’re worried about, put it away in a cupboard, and also from your mind, and just have a good time.

7️⃣ Read a book, preferably your favourite genre (romance or comic) doesn’t have to be a business book.
